Know Before You Go

Clothing AttireWe reserve the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate or that distracts from the experience of other guests. For your safety, we must insist you wear sturdy closed toed shoes with socks. We recommend you wear hats and sunblock at the Patch.

Where do we park?We have ample onsite parking.

What is the age range?Most activities are suitable for ages 2 to 10, but older children can enjoy the 24 ft slide- FortNite Bouncer- rock climb – bungee jump and scooter track course . Check out our activity page to discover what fun things you can do here.

Are you open if it rains?In case of inclement weather, activities will close as a safety precaution. Likewise, our inflatables will be taken down in windy conditions. Everything will re-open when there are no longer safety concerns. Updates will be posted on our website and social channels.

Is there food and drink available?Packaged snacks and bottle drinks are available for purchase.

Are costumes allowed?Family-friendly costumes are not only allowed, they are encouraged! Fake weapons, on the other hand, should be left at home.

Are service animals allowed?Only service animals allowed. All must be on a leash.

Children SupervisionAll children under 14 years old must be supervised by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Children must not be left unsupervised at any of the activities, stores, structures, etc.

Activity Height - Age - Weight RestrictionsPlease adhere to the posted height, weight, and age restrictions, and rules, for the activities. If none are posted, whether your child can safely participate in the activity is up to the discretion of the activity operator.

Inflatable Zone Area RequirementsAll children and adults participating in the inflatable bounce houses – must wear socks. All adults with children (ages 2-4) must wear socks in the Shark Land soft play area while supervising their child/children.

Smoking?Smoking of any kind, including vapes, is not allowed at the Patch.

Prohibited ItemsDrones, Alcohol, firearms, weapons, ammunition, knives, fireworks, explosives, fog or smoke machines, horns, whistles, megaphones, laser pointers, bicycles, shoes with wheels, skateboards, roller skate, roller blades, scooters, and wheeled mobility devices with less than 3 wheels, are not allowed at the Patch.

Hours of OperationMonday – Friday 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Saturday – Sunday 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Last ticket activity ticket purchase accepted at 8:30 p.m.) You’re encouraged to visit during the week or early weekends to avoid lines !

Do we offer refunds?We do not provide refunds on any tickets purchased online or in person. If you area unable to use your tickets – you may “gift” them or sell them to a friend. Tickets will be valid during in conjunction with the year of purchase and duration of the pumpkin patch.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept cash and all major credit cards including American Express. A transaction fee will be added for all credit card transactions.

Ticket ExchangesDue to the complexity of the ticketing system. Ticket exchanges are not guaranteed; however, the on- site Manager will do their best to accommodate an exchange of equal value. No refunds accepted.
